Processing of metal stamping parts
Our custom metal stamping services deliver precision-manufactured components for demanding industrial applications across electrical, automotive, electronics, and consumer goods sectors. Using high-speed stamping presses ranging from 25 to 200 tons, combined with progressive die technology, we achieve tolerances as tight as +/-0.01mm with consistent quality across production runs of millions of parts.
Our comprehensive product range includes electrical terminals and contacts for connector assemblies, spring clips and contact fingers for battery and grounding applications, mounting brackets and structural supports, EMI shields and grounding components, custom fasteners and clips, and specialized components for automotive and electronics applications. Each part is engineered for its specific functional requirements.
We work with an extensive range of materials including pure copper C11000 and brass C26000 for electrical conductivity applications, stainless steel 301, 304, and 316 for spring characteristics and corrosion resistance, cold-rolled steel and galvanized steel for structural components, and specialty alloys including beryllium copper and phosphor bronze. Material thickness ranges from 0.1mm to 3.0mm.
Our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system ensures consistent quality across every production run. Each part undergoes dimensional inspection using optical comparators and CMM measurement. Spring force testing, plating thickness verification, and functional testing are performed as required. Complete inspection reports and material certificates are provided with every shipment.
These custom stamped components serve applications across electrical connectors and terminal blocks, automotive wiring systems, consumer electronics and appliances, telecommunications equipment, industrial control systems, battery and energy storage systems, and medical devices. Our parts are trusted by OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers for their reliability, precision, and consistent quality.
We support your complete product development cycle from concept through high-volume production.
