Detailed Specifications & Features
This tombstone fixture tower is machined from 6061-T6 plate and bar into a four-face fixture body that mounts on a 5-axis trunnion or a horizontal machining center pallet. Each of the four faces carries a grid of bored locating holes and stepped clamping pockets referenced to the same base datum, so a part set up on face 3 lands in the same relationship to the machine as the same part on face 1. The tower is used to run four operations or four part variants in one cycle
