Prototype to Mass Production
50–60% Export Since 2008

Need a tee or manifold fitting that is not a catalogue item? Dongguan Changxinda Precision Technology Co., Ltd. machines fully custom, non-standard threaded fittings to your drawing or 3D model — any branch angle, bore combination, thread standard or seal type. Since 2008 the factory has built one-off prototypes and scheduled production batches for 200+ customers across ten industries, exporting 50–60% of its output overseas.

We are build-to-print: you define the geometry and interfaces, we return a manufacturability review and a quote, then machine, clean, inspect and ship. Critical features — branch angle, thread coaxiality and seal seat form — are held to ±0.01 mm and verified with gauges and a CMM, whether you order one prototype or a recurring batch.

How Customization Works

Custom does not mean uncertain. Our workflow keeps you in control from drawing to delivery:

  1. Send drawings: 2D PDF, STEP, IGES or SolidWorks — or a physical fitting to reverse-engineer.
  2. DFM review: engineering feedback on thread choice, wall section, seal type and pressure class before you commit.
  3. Quote in 24h: transparent pricing by drawing and quantity, no tooling charge.
  4. Program & fixtures: dedicated CAM, collets and angle fixtures for your branch orientation.
  5. CNC machining: turning and turn-mill work to ±0.01 mm on one datum.
  6. Clean & inspect: ultrasonic cleaning, passivation, then thread gauge and CMM report.
  7. Ship: individually bagged and protected for export.
Non-Standard Capability & Precision

Non-standard is our normal work. Unequal-run tees, 45° and 60° branches, cross fittings, reducing tees, banjo-style bodies and multi-port manifolds — all machined to print.

Confidentiality & IP Protection

Confidentiality is a condition of the job, not an add-on. We sign an NDA before engineering review, limit drawing access to the assigned programming and machining team, keep fixtures and programs dedicated to your program, and scrap surplus or reject parts on request. You keep the IP; we keep it that way.

Stable Delivery & Factory Introduction

Changxinda is a 2008-established CNC factory with 90+ staff, CNC lathes and 4-axis / 5-axis machining centers backed by a dedicated QC lab.

FAQ
Q1: Can you machine a tee with a non-standard branch angle?

Yes — 45°, 60° or any angle on your drawing, with dedicated fixtures so the branch stays square to the run within 0.01 mm.

Q2: Will you sign an NDA before I share my design?

Yes, routinely. Drawings are limited to the assigned programming and machining team, fixtures and programs stay dedicated to your part, and surplus or reject parts are scrapped on request.

Q3: What is the minimum order?

One piece. There is no tooling or setup charge, so single prototypes are practical and mass production runs on the same inspection standard.

Q4: How stable is your delivery for repeat orders?

Capacity is planned per program. Prototypes ship in 3–7 days, small batches in 7–14 days and production volumes in 14–30 days, with supply ability up to 10,000 pieces per month.

Q5: Can you copy a fitting we already buy?

Yes — send a sample and we measure the bores, threads and seal seats, then quote a drop-in equivalent with a gauge and CMM report.

Q6: Do you machine reducing tees and crosses?

Yes. Reducing tees, crosses and multi-port manifold bodies are routine, with every port threaded to its own specification on a shared datum.
