Product Description
Detailed Specifications & Features

Need a centrifuge rotor that is not a catalogue item? Dongguan Changxinda Precision Technology Co., Ltd. machines fully custom, non-standard rotors to your drawing or 3D model — any cavity count, tube angle, volume, bore or balance grade. Since 2008 the factory has built one-off prototypes and scheduled production batches for 200+ customers across ten industries, exporting 50–60% of its output overseas.

We are build-to-print: you define the geometry, capacity and balance requirement, we return a manufacturability review and a quote, then machine, balance, inspect and ship. Critical features — bore, seats and wall thickness — are held to ± 0.01 mm, and every rotor leaves with a balance report whether you order one prototype or a recurring batch.

  • 100% CustomCavities, angles and balance to your CAD
  • NDA ReadyYour design stays yours
  • Stable DeliveryScheduled batches, 200+ customers
  • Certified QualityISO 9001:2015 · 90+ staff · Prototype to mass production
How Customization Works

Custom does not mean uncertain. Our workflow keeps you in control from drawing to delivery:

  1. Send drawings: 2D PDF, STEP, IGES or SolidWorks — or a physical rotor to reverse-engineer.
  2. DFM review: engineering feedback on cavity layout, wall thickness, bore and balance feasibility before you commit.
  3. Quote in 24h: transparent pricing by drawing and quantity, no tooling charge.
  4. Program & fixtures: dedicated CAM, soft jaws and balancing arbor for your rotor.
  5. CNC machining: turning and milling to ±0.01 mm with symmetric stock removal.
  6. Balance & finish: dynamic balancing to your grade, then anodizing or coating.
  7. Ship: protected export packing with balance and CMM reports.
Non-Standard Capability & Precision

Non-standard is our normal work. Fixed-angle and swing-out rotors, deep-well and microplate formats, sealed lids, custom tube adapters and rotors with mixed cavity sizes — all machined to print.

Confidentiality & IP Protection

Confidentiality is a condition of the job, not an add-on. We sign an NDA before engineering review, limit drawing access to the assigned programming and machining team, keep fixtures and programs dedicated to your program, and scrap surplus or reject parts on request. You keep the IP; we keep it that way.

Stable Delivery & Factory Introduction

Changxinda is a 2008-established CNC factory with 90+ staff, CNC lathes and 4-axis / 5-axis machining centers backed by a dedicated QC lab.

FAQ
Q1: Can you machine a rotor to my own design?

Yes — that is our core work. Send a 2D drawing, STEP/IGES/SolidWorks model or a physical rotor and we machine the cavity layout, angles, bore and balance grade to print.

Q2: Will you sign an NDA before I share my design?

Yes, routinely. Drawings are limited to the assigned programming and machining team, fixtures and programs stay dedicated to your part, and surplus or reject parts are scrapped on request.

Q3: What is the minimum order?

One piece. There is no tooling or setup charge, so single prototypes are practical and mass production runs on the same inspection standard.

Q4: How stable is your delivery for repeat orders?

Capacity is planned per program. Prototypes ship in 3–7 days, small batches in 7–14 days and production volumes in 14–30 days, with supply ability up to 10,000 pieces per month.

Q5: Can you copy a rotor we already buy?

Yes — send a sample and we measure the cavity layout, bore and seats, then quote a drop-in equivalent with a CMM report and matching balance grade.

Q6: How is the rotor balanced before shipping?

It is spun at running speed, measured, corrected by drilling on the underside and re-checked. The balance report ships with the rotor so the grade can be verified.
