0.01mm Bore Align 316L Stainless Steel Right-Angle Threaded Manifold Tee Fitting for CNC Precision Machining
Right-Angle Tee Fitting Machining
,Manifold Tee Thread Turning
,Tee Bore Intersection 0.01mm
This right-angle threaded manifold tee is machined from 316L stainless steel by Dongguan Changxinda Precision Technology Co., Ltd., a CNC factory established in 2008. The run bore and the branch bore meet at a true 90°, the threads at both ends of the run are cut on one axis line, and the branch thread is square to that axis. Branch perpendicularity, thread coaxiality and bore alignment are held to ±0.01 mm and verified with thread gauges plus a CMM.
On a tee, two errors matter more than any other: the branch not square to the run, and the two run threads not coaxial. The first pushes the connected hose or tube sideways and loads the seal; the second makes the fitting pull the mating part off-axis when torqued. We cut both run threads from one datum, machine the branch from that same axis, and clean the bore intersection so flow stays smooth and no burr reaches the seal.
90° branch square to run · Bore aligned 0.01 mm · Thread coaxial both ends · ISO 9001:2015 · 316L stainless steel · Hydrostatic test on request · NDA available · Exporting since 2008
Each tee fitting follows a controlled eight-stage route:
- Drawing review & DFM: STEP / IGES / SolidWorks / 2D PDF checked for thread standards, bore sizes, seal type and wall section.
- Material: 316L stainless steel bar with mill certificate and heat-number traceability.
- Programming: CAM toolpaths built on a single axis datum so run and branch share one reference.
- Run bore & first thread: through bore machined, first thread cut to gauge tolerance.
- Second thread on the same axis: opposite end threaded without re-datuming, coaxiality preserved.
- Branch at 90°: branch bore drilled and threaded square to the run axis, checked with a dial indicator.
- Seal seats & deburring: taper or flat seal seats machined, bore intersection deburred from both directions.
- Cleaning & inspection: ultrasonic cleaning, passivation, thread gauges and CMM; hydrostatic test on request.
The tee shown is a starting point. We machine custom tees and manifold blocks with your own bore sizes, thread standards, branch angle, seal type and body length — all to drawing.
We sign an NDA before engineering review, restrict drawings to the assigned programming and machining team, and never display or reuse customer geometry. Fixtures and programs built for your fitting stay dedicated to your program, and surplus or reject parts are scrapped on request.

The branch carries the hose or tube. If it is not square to the run, the connected line is pulled sideways and the seal carries a bending load that shortens its life and invites leaks.
Both are cut from one datum on the same axis line without re-chucking. Coaxiality then holds, so the fitting does not cock and pull the mating part off-axis when torqued.
Yes. The junction is deburred from both directions until no ring remains, then the part is ultrasonically cleaned so no swarf reaches the seal or the circuit.
37° and 45° flare seats, flat-face O-ring seats and bonded washer faces are all standard; send the drawing and the mating fitting spec.
Yes, before engineering review. Drawings are limited to the assigned programming and machining team and never reused or displayed.
Prototypes 3–7 days, small batches 7–14 days, mass production 14–30 days depending on complexity.
