Custom Manifolds — NDA Protected, Built to Drawing

Customization: 100% custom circuit, ports and flange to your CAD

Confidentiality: NDA ready — your design stays yours

Delivery: Stable scheduled batches, 200+ customers served

ISO 9001:2015 • 90+ staff • Prototype to mass production • Exporting 50–60% overseas since 2008

Need a valve block or manifold that no catalogue part matches? Dongguan Changxinda Precision Technology Co., Ltd. machines fully custom, non-standard valve blocks and mounting bases to your drawing or 3D model — any circuit layout, port count, thread standard or pressure rating. Since 2008 the factory has built one-off prototypes and scheduled production batches for 200+ customers across ten industries, exporting 50–60% of its output overseas.

We are build-to-print: you define the circuit and interfaces, we return a manufacturability review and a quote, then machine, clean, inspect and ship. Critical features — port positions, face flatness and flange squareness — are held to ±0.01 mm and verified on a CMM, whether you order one prototype or a recurring batch.

How Customization Works

Custom does not mean uncertain. Our workflow keeps you in control from drawing to delivery:

  1. Send drawings: 2D PDF, STEP, IGES or SolidWorks — or a physical block to reverse-engineer.
  2. DFM review: engineering feedback on channel routing, wall section between bores, thread choice and pressure class before you commit.
  3. Quote in 24h: transparent pricing by drawing and quantity, no tooling charge.
  4. Program & fixtures: dedicated CAM, soft jaws and angle fixtures for your port orientations.
  5. CNC machining: drilling, turn-mill port work and flange facing to ±0.01 mm.
  6. Clean & inspect: ultrasonic cleaning, passivation, then CMM and thread gauge report.
  7. Ship: individually bagged and protected for export.
Non-Standard Capability & Precision

Non-standard is our normal work. Multi-station manifolds, cartridge valve cavities, cross-port blocks, angled port faces and blocks with mixed thread standards — all machined to print.

Confidentiality & IP Protection

Confidentiality is a condition of the job, not an add-on. We sign an NDA before engineering review, limit drawing access to the assigned programming and machining team, keep fixtures and programs dedicated to your program, and scrap surplus or reject parts on request. You keep the IP; we keep it that way.

Stable Delivery & Factory Introduction

Changxinda is a 2008-established CNC factory with 90+ staff, CNC lathes and 4-axis / 5-axis machining centers backed by a dedicated QC lab.

FAQ
Q1: Can you machine a manifold with a non-standard circuit?

A: Yes — that is our core work. Send a 2D drawing, STEP/IGES/SolidWorks model or a physical block and we machine the channel routing, ports and flange to print.

Q2: Will you sign an NDA before I share my design?

A: Yes, routinely. Drawings are limited to the assigned programming and machining team, fixtures and programs stay dedicated to your part, and surplus or reject parts are scrapped on request.

Q3: What is the minimum order?

A: One piece. There is no tooling or setup charge, so single prototypes are practical and mass production runs on the same inspection standard.

Q4: How stable is your delivery for repeat orders?

A: Capacity is planned per program. Prototypes ship in 3–7 days, small batches in 7–14 days and production volumes in 14–30 days, with supply ability up to 10,000 pieces per month.

Q5: Can you match a block we already buy?

A: Yes — send a sample and we measure the channel layout, port positions and threads, then quote a drop-in equivalent with a CMM and thread gauge report.

Q6: Do you handle cartridge valve cavities?

A: Yes. Cartridge cavities, stepped bores and angled port faces are machined to print with seat geometry checked against the cavity specification.
