Custom Spline Connector Housing with Non-Standard Tooth Profile and Square Flange by CNC Machining
Custom Spline Connector Housing
,Non-Standard Tooth Profile
,OEM Square Flange Machining
Custom spline connector housing with square flange — machined to your drawing, held to ±0.01 mm.
Dongguan Changxinda Precision Technology Co., Ltd. produces fully custom, non-standard spline housings to your drawing or 3D model — any tooth count, any module, any flange. Since 2008 the factory has delivered one-off prototypes and scheduled production batches for 200+ customers across ten industries, exporting 50–60% of its output overseas.
We are build-to-print: you define the tooth profile, fit class, bore, flange and material; we return a manufacturability review and a quote, then machine, inspect and ship. Critical features — tooth thickness, spacing and flange squareness — are held to ±0.01 mm and verified on a CMM, whether you order one prototype or a recurring batch.

Custom does not mean uncertain. Our workflow keeps you in control from drawing to delivery:
- 1Send drawings: 2D PDF, STEP, IGES or SolidWorks — or a physical sample to reverse-engineer.
- 2DFM review: engineering feedback on tooth profile, fit class, flange and cost before you commit.
- 3Quote in 24h: transparent pricing by drawing and quantity, no tooling charge.
- 4Program & tooling: dedicated turn-mill CAM and cutters for your spline profile.
- 5CNC machining: indexed tooth cutting, turning and flange milling to ±0.01 mm.
- 6Finish & inspect: anodizing, polishing or coating, then CMM dimensional report.
- 7Ship: protected export packing to your schedule.
Non-standard is our normal work. Custom tooth profiles, spline fit classes, keyed and splined combinations, plus square, rectangular or round flanges — all machined to print.
Confidentiality is a condition of the job, not an add-on. We sign an NDA before engineering review, limit drawing access to the assigned programming and machining team, keep your fixtures and programs dedicated to your program, and scrap surplus or reject parts on request. You keep the IP; we keep it that way.
Changxinda is a CNC factory established in 2008 with 90+ staff, multiple turn-mill lathes and 4-axis / 5-axis machining centers, backed by a dedicated QC lab.

Q1: Can you machine a completely non-standard spline?
Yes — that is our core work. Send a 2D drawing, STEP/IGES/SolidWorks model or a physical sample and we machine the custom tooth profile, fit class and flange to print.
Q2: Will you sign an NDA before I share my design?
Yes, routinely. Drawings are limited to the assigned programming and machining team, fixtures and programs stay dedicated to your part, and surplus or reject parts are scrapped on request.
Q3: What is the minimum order?
One piece. There is no tooling or setup charge, so single prototypes are practical and mass production runs on the same inspection standard.
Q4: How stable is your delivery for repeat orders?
Capacity is planned per program. Prototypes ship in 3–7 days, small batches in 7–14 days and production volumes in 14–30 days, with supply ability up to 10,000 pieces per month.
Q5: Can you reverse-engineer an existing spline part?
Yes — send a sample and we measure the tooth profile, spacing and fit, then quote a drop-in equivalent with a full CMM report.
Q6: How do you inspect spline teeth?
CMM probing of tooth thickness and spacing around the full pattern, plus bore concentricity and flange squareness, with a full dimensional report and first-article inspection on new programs.
