Dongguan Changxinda Precision Technology Co., Ltd. machines fully custom, non-standard housings and connectors to your drawing or 3D model. Since 2008 the factory has built one-off prototypes and scheduled production batches for 200+ customers across ten industries, exporting 50–60% of its output overseas.
We are build-to-print: you define the register, steps, threads, snap-fit and material, we return a manufacturability review and a quote, then machine, inspect and ship. Critical features — register fit, bore and thread position — are held to ±0.01 mm and verified on a CMM whether you order one prototype or a recurring batch.
Custom does not mean uncertain. Our workflow keeps you in control from drawing to delivery:

- DFM review: engineering feedback on register, threads, snap-fit, material and cost before you commit.

- CNC machining: turning, milling and threading to ±0.01 mm on critical features.

Non-standard is our normal work. Custom register diameters, step sequences, thread sizes and types, snap-fit ends and flanges — all machined to print.
Confidentiality is a condition of the job, not an add-on. We sign an NDA before engineering review, limit drawing access to the assigned programming and machining team, keep your fixtures and programs dedicated to your program, and scrap surplus or reject parts on request. You keep the IP; we keep it that way.

Yes, routinely. Drawings are limited to the assigned programming and machining team, fixtures and programs stay dedicated to your part, and surplus or reject parts are scrapped on request.
One piece. There is no tooling or setup charge, so single prototypes are practical and mass production runs on the same inspection standard.
Capacity is planned per program. Prototypes ship in 3–7 days, small batches in 7–14 days and production volumes in 14–30 days, with supply ability up to 10,000 pieces per month.
