ISO 9001:2015 • 90+ staff • Prototype to mass production • Exporting 50–60% overseas since 2008
Need an aluminum flange ring that is not in any catalog? Dongguan Changxinda Precision Technology Co., Ltd. machines fully custom, non-standard rings to your drawing or 3D model. Since 2008 the factory has built one-off prototypes and scheduled production batches for 200+ customers across ten industries, exporting 50–60% of its output overseas.
We are a build-to-print shop: you send the geometry and tolerance, we return a manufacturability review and a quote, then machine, inspect and ship. Every custom ring is held to ±0.01 mm on critical features and verified on a CMM before it leaves the floor — whether it is a single prototype or a recurring production order.
Custom does not mean uncertain. Our custom workflow keeps you in control from drawing to delivery:
- Send drawings: 2D PDF, STEP, IGES or SolidWorks — or a physical sample we can reverse-engineer.
- DFM review: engineering feedback on tolerance, material and cost before you commit.
- Quote in 24h: transparent pricing by drawing and quantity, no tooling charge.
- Program & fixture: dedicated CAM programming and fixtures for your specific part.
- CNC machining: turning, milling and turn-mill work to ±0.01 mm on critical features.
- Finish & inspect: anodizing, passivation or coating, then CMM dimensional report.
- Ship: protected export packing to your schedule.
Non-standard geometry is our normal work. Custom diameters, wall thickness, bolt-circle count, threaded and counterbored holes, keyways, lug bosses, steps and reliefs — all machined to print. Tolerances hold at ±0.01 mm on the features that matter, with surface roughness controlled between Ra 0.4 and 1.6 µm. Material choice spans aluminum, stainless steel, brass and titanium so the ring suits its environment, not just its drawing.
Confidentiality is a condition of the job, not an add-on. We sign an NDA before engineering review, limit drawing access to the assigned programming and machining team, keep your fixtures and programs dedicated to your program, and scrap surplus or reject parts on request. You keep the IP; we keep it that way.
Changxinda is a 2008-established CNC factory with 90+ staff, multiple turn-mill lathes and 4-axis / 5-axis machining centers backed by a dedicated QC lab. Because capacity is planned per program, repeat orders ship on a predictable cadence: 3–7 days for prototypes, 7–14 days for small batches and 14–30 days for production volumes, with rush support for urgent builds. Supply ability runs to 10,000 pieces per month.
Custom work for ten industries, all under one roof and one inspection standard:
- Consumer Electronics: phone / tablet / laptop housings, heat sinks, camera brackets, VR/AR headset structural parts, smart wearable shells
- Automation & Industrial Equipment: automation fixtures, jigs, module frames, transmission sliders, motor mounts, sensor housings, assembly line components
- Semiconductor & Vacuum Equipment: vacuum chambers, vacuum fittings, precision bases for semiconductor equipment, thermal and insulating parts, inspection tooling
- Medical Equipment: surgical instrument bases, medical testing instrument housings, endoscope accessories, medical aesthetic device structural parts (medical-grade aluminum / stainless steel)
- Automotive: new-energy motor housings, battery end plates, sensor brackets, headlamp structural parts, modified parts, hydraulic valve blocks
- Aerospace & UAV: aircraft structural parts, drone frames, landing gear accessories, aviation instrument housings (lightweight precision parts)
- Optics & Photonics: optical lens barrels, lens mounts and bases, light source heat sinks, camera module brackets, inspection optical platforms
- Communications: 5G heat dissipation cavities, filter parts, signal adapter structural parts, communication equipment housings
- Robotics: robotic arm joint parts, robot bases, reducer housings, AGV structural parts

Yes — that is our core work. Send a 2D drawing, STEP/IGES/SolidWorks model or a physical sample and we machine the custom geometry, hole pattern and finish to print.
Yes, routinely. Drawings are limited to the assigned programming and machining team, fixtures and programs stay dedicated to your part, and surplus or reject parts are scrapped on request.
One piece. There is no tooling or setup charge, so single prototypes are practical and mass production runs on the same inspection standard.
Capacity is planned per program. Prototypes ship in 3–7 days, small batches in 7–14 days and production volumes in 14–30 days, with supply ability up to 10,000 pieces per month.
Aluminum, stainless steel, brass and titanium with black or clear anodizing, passivation or custom coatings — matched to your application and environment.
Every part is CMM-inspected against the drawing, with a full dimensional report. First-article inspection is standard on new programs.
