0.01mm Tolerance Aluminum Ring Flange with Turn-Mill Single Setup and Custom Non-Standard CNC Machining
Precision Ring Flange Turn-Mill
,0.01mm Bolt Pattern Machining
,Custom Non-Standard Aluminum Flange
This precision aluminum ring flange is machined by Dongguan Changxinda Precision Technology Co., Ltd., a specialized CNC machining factory established in 2008. Every ring starts from a reviewed drawing and 3D model, passes a DFM check, and is produced on 4-axis / 5-axis machining centers and turn-mill compound lathes. The result is a connection and sealing ring held to ±0.01 mm on critical bores, faces and hole positions — the tolerance demanded by vacuum, optical, semiconductor and aerospace assemblies.
A flange ring is only as good as its geometry. The inner and outer diameters are turned in the same setup as the bolt hole pattern, so concentricity and the bolt circle are locked together and never re-chucked out of alignment. Sealing faces are fly-cut flat and parallel to control gasket preload, and every ring is verified on a CMM before packing.

- Minimum Order1 piece — no tooling charge, no setup fee
Precision is built into the route, not inspected in at the end. Each aluminum ring flange follows a controlled eight-stage process:
- Drawing review & DFM: STEP / IGES / SolidWorks / 2D PDF checked for tolerances, material and manufacturability before quoting.
- Material selection: Aluminum 6061 / 6063 / 7075 with mill certificates traceable to the batch.
- CNC programming: CAM toolpaths and fixture design to hold ±0.01 mm on the critical features.
- Turn-mill machining: OD, ID, faces and bolt-hole pattern cut in a single setup for true concentricity and perpendicularity.
- Deburring & edge break: Controlled chamfers protect sealing surfaces and operator safety.
- Surface treatment: Mirror polish, clear or color anodizing, per drawing.
- CMM inspection: Full dimensional verification with a first-article report.
- Protected packing: Foam and anti-rust wrap for export.
Standard catalog sizes are only the starting point. We build to your drawing — custom diameters, thickness, bolt-circle count, threaded or counterbored holes, keyways, lug bosses and surface finishes. Send a 2D drawing or 3D model and our engineering team returns a manufacturability review, tolerance feedback and a quote, usually within 24 hours. Because the ring is machined to order, there is no tooling charge and the minimum order is a single piece for prototypes.
Many of our customers work on parts they cannot show the market. We sign an NDA before engineering review, restrict drawings to the assigned programming and machining team, and never display or reuse customer geometry. Tooling, fixtures and programs built for your part stay dedicated to your program, and surplus or reject parts are scrapped on request. Your design stays yours.
Changxinda runs 90+ staff across a plant established in 2008, with multiple turn-mill lathes, 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers, and a dedicated QC lab. With 200+ served customers and 50–60% of output exported, we plan capacity by program so repeat batches ship on a predictable schedule: 3–7 days for prototypes, 7–14 days for small batches and 14–30 days for mass production, with rush handling for urgent lines.

±0.01 mm on hole position and bolt-circle diameter, verified on a CMM. Because the bolt pattern is cut in the same setup as the bores, concentricity between ID, OD and the hole circle is maintained, not stacked.
Sealing faces are fly-cut flat and parallel to control gasket preload, with surface roughness held to Ra 0.4–1.6 µm. Flatness and parallelism are measured before shipping.
Yes. We routinely sign an NDA before engineering review and restrict drawings to the assigned programming and machining team. Customer geometry is never displayed or reused.
Aluminum 6061, 6063 and 7075 as standard, and stainless steel, brass and titanium on request. All material comes with mill certificates traceable to the batch.
Prototypes 3–7 days, small batches 7–14 days, mass production 14–30 days depending on quantity and complexity. Rush service is available for urgent lines.
